Description
Door-to-door, village-by-village home-based HIV counselling and testing, re-testing all HIV-negative persons every 3 years; linking HIV-positive persons into AMPATH or other MoH HIV comprehensive care clinics; ART; retain all persons enrolled in care and ensure a high degree of adherence to care and treatment using peer-based outreach.
